Tsetseglen Erdenebayar joined Pretium Advocates LLC as Partner since October 2024. As a promising young lawyer with five years of experience, she specializes in intellectual property, foreign investment, civil and administrative law, and banking & finance law.

She began her career in the banking and finance sector before transitioning to the media industry, where she served as a Legal Counsel for an internationally franchised media company. Her diverse background equips her with a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to legal practice.

Tsetseglen Erdenebayar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the National University of Mongolia, School of Law, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.). She is a licensed attorney and an active member of the Mongolian Bar Association and the Mongolian Advocates Association. With strong English proficiency, she brings an international perspective and fresh insights to her legal work.

Khuubayar Togookhuu is the Founder and CEO of Pretium Advocates LLC, established in 2024. With 10 years of extensive legal experience, he specializes in civil and administrative law, banking and finance, corporate governance, securities, and investment law.

Prior to founding the firm, he began his legal career as a Judicial Assistant and later served as a Legal Counsel at a leading domestic bank and financial institution, gaining deep expertise in corporate and financial law.

Khuubayar Togookhuu holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the National University of Mongolia, School of Law. He is a licensed attorney and an active member of the Mongolian Bar Association and the Mongolian Advocates Association. Speaks in Mongolian, English, Chinese, and Russian, he provides strategic legal counsel with a global perspective.
